Spacious living room allowing 3 persons to do yoga together.  Professional gym bike is ready to use, just keep it clean.  

Monthly rent $8,000.  2 months deposit. The rent has included Management fee & Wifi. Utility bills will be $500/month.  The rental period is 12 months, move-in anytime. No smoking, No pets, No kids in this flat. 

The flat is provided with A/C, Water heater, Table, Television, Washer, Cooker, Fridge, Bed, Wardrobe, Wifi.

You are going to share flat with two 9to5 office girls, like cooking, tidy, easy to get along with.
