Apartment: The entire apartment is located in 15/F with swimming pool view and is much less humid than the high-floor apartments. We have really big balcony to hang clothes sheets etc. and we also got swimming pool, study room, gym, and other club house facility. Our apartment is extremely new and clean.

Your room: The room is transformed from living room but no worries it has been set up with black-out curtain and all other furnitures ready. All you need to do is check in with your bags. Your full privacy can be ensured.

Common area: We have another big living room in which we can eat do some exercise etc. We will share kitchen, balcony and you will share bathroom with another 2 guest room roommates. 

Transportation: 20mins to HKUST, 30 mins to CWB, 40 mins to Central. 8-10mins walk to MTR LOHAS PARK and mini bus is just downstairs 2mins to MTR LOHAS PARK if you don't want to walk.

Nearby: We have wellcome and big shopping mall the LOHAS will open soon. If you want to go to the market, can take minibus 113 to Hang Hau the minibus is just downstairs. | Clinic, 711, bread&cake shop all in LOHAS PARK station. Enough to meet daily needs.

Rent and other fees: The monthly rent is HKD 3500 and if you can do annual payment a big discount will apply for HKD 36000 ( HKD 3000/month).
