Great apartment right next to MTR station, 15 mins from Central. The apartment overall is quite big by Hong Kong standards with a big living area. The apartment has air conditioning and wifi and the kitchen has a good set of appliances. The apartment building has a clubhouse with a pool and a gym a. There is 24 hours security. The location is very convenient - 5 mins walk from local markets, super close to shopping areas, cinema, restaurants etc. Rent is $8000 and we split bills equally (which haven't been very high).
