It is only 8-min walk from the Cheung Chau Pier. It is located on the quiet lower part of the hill yet a 5-min walk will take you to the busiest main street where you can find supermarkets, 24-hr convenient store, banks/ATM and eateries. 

The house includes: 
- 2 bedroows which I am renting out the larger one. 
- The bedroom to be rented out includes 3 big windows, air-con, a new Queen-size bed with mattress (to be purchased before new roomate moving in), 2 cabinates and a electric fan. 
- A living/dinning room with dinning table and chairs, refrigerator and a cabinate. 
- A kitchen with essential utilities and equipments such as induction cooker, electric kettle, rice cooker, oven, range hood, toaster etc. 
- A bathroom with an electric water heater and a glass shower room. 
- A large space under the staircases for you to put your suitcases. 

Rent: 
HK$4,500 per month (Including Wifi and housekeeking services at least once every two weeks)
Share electricity and water bills. 
2 months deposit and 1 month rent in advance. 

Must love cats! I have 3 senior cats (local short hair)
