I am looking for a flatmate to share a very decent, well-decorated fully-furnished flat with a gorgeous roof terrace and a BIG fully-equipped kitchen in the heart of an oasis called, Happy Valley. You MUST be a cat lover.

The bedroom is south-facing with lots of large window that floods the room and the whole flat with plenty of daylight, It has ample storage space and an antique ceiling fan.

The flat is spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is unusually spacious. All the furniture is one year-old and very comfortable. The private rooftop is larger than the flat itself.

We have access to wifi and cable TV, an infrared sauna, free standing wooden bathtub with a detox steamer, a fully-equipped kitchen: an oven, a slow-juicer, a dehydrator, an air fryer, a blender and plus a proper water filter with anti-oxident, alkaline water and minerals.

On the rooftop there is a BBQ, separable double sunbed, jacuzzi, 2 eskis - one doubles as a table and outdoor sofas. There's an electric awning as well.

Happy Valley is more like a little 'village'. It is an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet it's walkable to Causeway Bay, 20 mins by car to Central and only 5 mins to Wan Chai. The flat is surrounded by shops, Chinese medicine clinics and massages places. The best restaurant in town, St. Germain is just literally around the corner.

There's a minibus stop for bus 30 to Causeway Bay few steps away from the front door, then there's Bus No 1 and 5A that go to Central from King Kwong Street which is one block away. The tram terminal is only 2 minutes away and Causeway Bay is also a mere 15-minute walk away.

The flat It is available now but I have the flexibility for the move-in date to be in May as well. I look forward to find THE right flatmate!
