No-agent shared flat in a nice Mid-Levels Central/Sheung Wan area unit. Furnished. Renting out a small bedroom and looking for a good housemate ☺️ Female only. Long-term rental preferred.

Hi~ I’m renting out the small room in my apartment. It’s located in the Central/Sheung Wan area, about a 5–10 minute walk to the MTR, with very convenient transportation. It’s a walk-up tong lau (old-style building) with two floors.

The living room and room layout shown in the photos are temporary and still need tidying up.

The living room + kitchen + bathroom are about 2xx sq ft (excluding the bedroom). The room is about 80–100 sq ft with a single bed and wardrobe. The apartment has a gas stove kitchen, a washing machine, and separate wet/dry bathroom areas.

Normally, I hire someone to clean the bathroom, kitchen, and living room once a week, and I’ll cover the cleaning fee. If you additionally want the cleaner to clean your room, you’ll need to pay part of that cost yourself.

Two months’ deposit + one month’s rent in advance. No agent. If you’re interested, contact me on Telegram and I can send you photos~

照片中嘅廳同房間擺位係暫時，還需收拾。
廳加廚房洗手間大概有2xx呎（不計房間），房若80-100尺。配有明爐廚房，洗衣機，乾濕分離。
全屋已配置傢私，所以直接人搬入嚟即可～

平時我會請人每星期清潔洗手間，廚房大廳。清潔費會由我出。如你額外要求清潔人員清潔你房間，就需要自費一部分了。
