Hey! I'm Marine, originally from Taiwan. I spent 3 years studying in Paris and another year in Tokyo before landing my first job in project finance here in Hong Kong. I speak English and Mandarin fluently, plus some French and Japanese that I picked up along the way. Work's probably going to keep me pretty busy with long hours, so I won't be around the apartment too much. When I do get free time though, I'm usually reading, hitting the gym, or planning my next trip somewhere.

I am a girl student at HKUST. I am looking for a short-term rental. If it is a single room, I would like it from 30 August to 15th October. If it is a studio, I want it for three months from 30th August. I would be happy to hear someone helping me to find an accommodation as it is my late stage of my PhD and I am about to graduate and celebrate my graduation during this period, so I look for a short term and nice stay at the end of my journey in Hong Kong

喺VTC讀DVE時裝課程，我算係比較內向嘅人，平時好少出門，唔使返學嘅時候多數會留喺房入面做自己嘅嘢——縫紉、打機，或者研究吓煮嘢食。我唔會帶朋友返屋企，都唔會搞聚會，如果你鍾意安靜，我應該係個好慳心嘅室友。 我嘅作息好規律，夜晚11點前一定會瞓覺，朝早6點到9點之間起身（睇吓嗰日有冇早堂）。所以如果你都係早睡型嘅人，咁我哋應該好夾！ 我唔食煙，冇養寵物，但唔介意室友食煙或養寵物——只要大家互相尊重就得。 因為係第一次自己租屋住，所以喺合租呢件事上我都算係新人。如果有咩做得唔好或者令你唔舒服嘅地方，歡迎你直接同我講，我會認真聽、都會改。同樣，如果你希望我有話直說，我都可以做到。 我期望嘅合租氛圍好簡單：安靜、整潔、互相尊重。我唔介意室友帶朋友返屋企聚會，只要事先講聲、唔影響休息就得。
