I am an incoming international Master's student at the University of Hong Kong studying Buddhist Studies. I am a quiet, respectful, and responsible person who values a clean, peaceful, and friendly living environment. I enjoy studying, reading, learning languages, meditation, travel, and exploring different cultures. I do not smoke and I am considerate of shared spaces. I enjoy cooking simple meals and would appreciate access to a kitchen. My schedule is generally structured around classes, studying, language learning, and personal projects. I usually keep regular hours and prefer a calm environment during the week, although I am friendly and enjoy getting to know my roommates. I am looking for a private room in a shared apartment with female roommates. Hey there! I'm Allen from Taiwan. Landing in Hong Kong this August to start as a Research Assistant at CUHK Business School. Looking for a flatmate to split a place with for about a year. A bit about me: - Gym regular, trying to out-lift my desk job stress - Spend too much time on Youtube watching random videos - Big fan of city walks and trying out local eats (always down to try the place everyone's raving about) Ideal Accommodation: - Looking around Tai Po / Tai Wo / Fo Tan / Tai Wai / University / Fan Ling (大埔/太和/火炭/大圍/大學站/粉嶺) area, need easy access to CUHK - Budget: up to HKD 9,000 per person, split rent - Moving in: early August 2026 - One non-negotiable: need a place with a proper separate shower (can't live without it), flexible on everything else - Clean, respectful of shared space, happy to split chores fairly First time living in Hong Kong, so I'm hoping to find a flatmate (and maybe a friend) to make this Hong Kong experience pleasant.
