Looking to share a 400+ square foot apartment in Happy Valley

I am looking to rent out a room in my 2 bedroom apartment in Happy Valley. The apartment is a little over 400 square foot net.  The available room is a good size and is already fitted with a single bed and a big wardrobe and side table. The common area which is the living and dining area, kitchen and bathroom are all fully furnished. You can pretty much just move in with your suitcase. There is a sofa and television in the living room and a dining table that fits at least 4 people in the dining room. The kitchen come with all amenities, including gas stove, washing machine, microwave and all cooking utensils and cutlery.
I am a female looking to share with another neat and clean female. 
Wifi is inclusive in the rent.  The room available has 2 windows, a large one and a smaller one.
The building itself is a standalone building on a main yet quiet street, that makes it safe yet not too noisy. There are multiple convenience stores, supermatkets and cake shops within 1-2 mins walk. There is also a gym you can reach within 1 min walk.

I am a neat clean yet not obsessively so. I am friendly and yet not the nosy type. You will feel at home in this apartment as it is mostly kept tidy and has a homely feel.
