It is a three bedroom flat, awesome facilities (including a dryer!), Two female took the other two rooms. But I only slept at home about few times per month. 
Will need to pay 800 for utilities and weekly clean up by maid. Lots of drawers in the bedroom. 
It is 5-10 mins walk to both Cwb and Tin Hao station. Super convenient. The place is not at Main Street and hence is not affected by teargas. 
We are looking for someone easy going yet clean and considerable, can invite friend until reasonable hours.
