There are several bus stops a few mins from the flat (e.g. going directly to SoHo, CWB, Victoria Park) and is in a safe location just off the main Queen Road East and opposite the Blue House. Good sized room with natural sunlight: the room is NOT just a box (which is hard to find in this location for this price). It could comfortably fit a twin bed and a closet has windows to allow sunlight in. The room comes partially furnished with brand new aircon, curtains, LED lighting and a single bed with storage space underneath. Many amenities and entertainment nearby: within 3-7 mins walk are F45, Fitness First, Wan Chai Market, Taste Supermarket and Hopewell centre. Times Square, Pacific Place and HK Jockey Club are 15 mins walk away and there are plenty of great restaurants in the area. Near to Bowen Road too. Brand new bathroom: the bathroom is newly renovated. The bathroom's sink, toilet, drainage and shower are all perfectly clean and in working order. This is shared with one person. Brand new kitchen: the kitchen is also newly renovated. It includes two hobs, a sink, a retractable work surface, washing machine, fridge with freezer, a rice cooker and some cutlery/crockery.
