I'm a conscientious mature student looking for a room while I undergo a 6-month internship in the kitchen of a harbourside hotel in TST starting at the beginning of May. I don't smoke, and I'm relatively neat and tidy. I'm looking for a quiet, clean, yet friendly place to stay. My maximum monthly budget is HKD 8,000/month. While it would be nice to be based near my place of internship, given my small budget, I'm willing to be based further away - ideally within walking distance of an MTR station. My move in date would be 28th April and my move out date would be on 4th November.
