Description

The apt is on Shelley St near Mosque St, between Caine & Robinson, right off the Central Mid-Levels escalator. It’s super close to restaurants, coffee shops and bars, but still high enough/far enough away that it’s quiet. If you work in Central, it’s less than a 10 min walk down the escalator in the morning. 

The place is very bright, near floor to ceiling windows, but it’s small - 350 sq feet. The bedroom that’s available has good built-in storage, though and can fit a double bed. 

The living room is more spacious, has a TV, couch, chairs, coffee table, bookshelf, etc. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, washing machine, two stove tops and a sink. The bathroom is small but recently renovated so feels modern and new like the rest of the house. New wood floors everywhere. 

The apartment also has a private rooftop. There’s a sink up there and a grill and some chairs.

Roommates

The hardest part for me about leaving this apartment is leaving my amazing roommate! She is a 29 year old working professional expat who is extremely clean, friendly, respectful, reliable, social, fun, and has been in HK for 6 years,
