Hi, I am looking for a housemate to share a spacious, bright two bedrooms apartment (around 450 sft) in Kennedy town with me

-No agent fee & I have bought the furniture.

-The apartment is 1 min from MTR, tram, bus station. It is bright, clean and spacious. Glass window next to your bed, with a swimming pool view. We share the living room, bathroom, and kitchen.

-I am a young professional from HK and working in recruitment. looking for someone who is friendly, clean, easygoing and mature.

-The area with many new and traditional restaurants and very close to the center of Hong Kong – 10 min by MTR, bus, tram to Central, Sheung Wan, Soho area. You can also enjoy the walk next to the harbor and the trail to the peak.

-Right next to our building you will find:

2. Shopping mall with big supermarkets and restaurants
3. Park
4. Public swimming pool
5. Pharmacy.
6. Doctors.
7. Local Chinese restaurants
