 I have a room for rent, the details are as follows: 
Commission-free, monthly rent is $3800 and you can move in immediately. Furniture and facilities are neat and clean. Four-window single room for rent in Kwong Lam Court, Sil Lek Yuen, Sha Tin. The high-rise building faces south. 
Equipments includes air-conditioner, washing machine, WiFi, microwave, refrigerator, multiple windows newly renovated, and the mountain view is facing south. There are shopping malls, restaurants, McDonald's, various large and small shops, and supermarkets in the housing location.  The bus terminal connects Hong Kong and Kowloon. 

Single female, full-time working /college students, clean and hygienic, do not smoke or drink , no bad habits and preferably not cooking. 

Details of the rental house: 
There are three bedrooms, one living room, one bathroom and one kitchen in the unit.  One room is used by me and my husband.  one room has been rented to a female tenant, and now the remaining slightly larger room available for rent. The bathroom is shared and the kitchen is mainly used by the owner couple. However, time can be arranged for tenants to use it, mainly for simple cooking. The rental house is fully furnished and ready for move-in, and the environment is beautiful! Water, electricity and gas are equally shared among the residents according to the original charges. One month pay in advance for the first installment and two months for deposit.
