We have 1 room available end of Jan in our 3-bedroom flat. The room is furnished with a double bed (48 in × 75 in), a clothes rack, a storage cupboard (and a table, chair and mirror, with a combined cost of 600HKD, can be negotiated with flatmate who is moving out). Of course there's air con in the room.

The flat itself is very cozy as you can see from the pics 🙂 It comes with an open kitchen (equipped with washing machine, fridge, oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, electric water boiler) and a bathroom to be shared among the 3 of us. 

It is located between Causeway Bay and Wanchai, around 10mins walk to CWB/Wanchai MTR, even closer to Exhibition Centre Station. There's everything you need in the area and bus/tram stops directly downstairs. Also there're elevators in the building, so don't worry if you have heavy luggages.

Rent: Rent is HKD6400/month. EXCLUDING electricity, water, gas and 1000Mbps internet (total 250~600 per month, mainly depends on air-con usage). For shared necessities, e.g. toilet rolls, dish soap, etc, we share each month.

Deposit: HKD12000, you can get it all back as long as you don't make a mess and of course we hope you don't too 🙂

Who are we looking for? Female, preferably working and can prove ability to pay rent on time. Clean, tidy and respect others, yet like to have fun and open-minded. It would be good if you already had experience in sharing a flat with others. Preferably long term, 1 year or more, min. 6 months.

House Rules: 1) We take turns to clean the common area every week. 2) We notify and get consent from each other before having guests over. 3) We take initiatives to upkeep the flat, and we hope you do too, so we don't need excessive explicit rules.

About us: We are two working professionals. I'm from HK (in my 30s) and my flatmate is from Indonesia (in her 20s). We chat often when we are in the common area and sometimes dine out together. I like going to the gym and if that's your thing, we can go together ^^
