- good location, 5 mins walk to Tin Hau MTR station, 10 mins walk to causeway bay, 4 MTR stops to central.
- supermarkets, wet markets, shops are all in the neighborhood.
- Victoria Park is just at the opposite, there are tennis court, jogging track, swimming pool etc...
- all rooms windows can see firework when it happens, sea-view
- kitchen, sitting room, dining room are common area, they are fully furnished. 
- washing machine, toaster, microwave, wifi.. all provided
- bills(water, eletricity, wifi, gas) are excluded from the rent, appx $2XX per month 
- 2 lifts & safety guards in the building
P.S. dont pick up guys from LKF to home, it is dangerous to ur flatmates.
- Not allowed: bf stay overnight,  common area smoking  
female relatives/ fds visiting,  staying over surely  ok(stay in your room) .
