地点：西九龍尖沙咀柯士甸道西1號，是全港最高楼之一，近维多利亚港，周边都是豪华小区：凯旋门，君临天下，天玺，还有六星级酒店，ICC都是各名企和银行，也有很多上班的高官住在这个小区，周边环境很好，往来人员素质也很高，安全性啊保安不用说的
设施：当然有奢华会所啦，室内室外泳池都有，如果认识周边小区的人还可以蹭他们的会所哇，凯旋门的60层空中泳池超级超级棒， 楼下就是很大的商场－圆方，里面大牌衣服包包化妆品超市都有，还有很多露天bar晚上很热闹
交通：九龙站（地铁）就在楼下，好几个公交站都在楼下，还有巴士总站，去哪里的车都有，港岛来回通宵的车也有
 去港岛一站地铁，去香港大学，城市大学，理工大学，浸会大学的车程都在半小时内
套型：整套房子超过1100尺，在香港是千尺豪宅啦，都是全新装修有家具的，总共有3房＋2个洗手间，一个主卧是带独立卫浴的，很大很好用的厨房和餐厅，可以一起做菜吃哦
