The flat is located at the Beaumount, 3 bedrooms and 1 living room, sized 700 sq ft. It is a quiet place facing the green. It is near the Lohas station and the Lohas Mall.  Bus stop nearby is easily reachable to the Kowloon area.  

The flat is now shared by two other girls. 
There are two rooms for your options, but only one of them will be leased out.
Large room: with a private bathroom and balcony, monthly rent $7000, open for both male and female.
Small room: for female only, bathroom shared with the other girl. Monthly rent $5000.

2 months deposit. The rent has included the Management fee. The tenant is responsible for the utility bill, Internet fee, and biweekly cleaning fee. The rental period is between 9~12 months, Feb 1 or thereafter. No smoking, No pets, No kids in this flat.
