Alright, let's get a bit more serious here:

The flat is in an apartment building is called Sausalito, a luxury apartment situated in the Tai Shui Hang district within the New Territories, our flat and your room will be overlooking the harbourfront, conveniently situated by a 10-minute walk from Tai Shui Hang MTR station - 1 hour to Central MTR station, and 40 minutes to Kowloon Tong station. If you're visiting/teaching/studying at Chinese University of Hong Kong, then its only a 10-minute bus ride to and from the campus. There is also access to a variety of bus stations that will take you to the island and Kowloon within a reasonable timeframe, though these are more restricted by bus schedules and are subject to traffic conditions.

In terms of amenities, you will have full access to the clubhouse facilities. which include: a well-equipped gym and an outdoor and indoor swimming pool. We will hire a helper to clean the apartment regularly, once every week/fortnight or so.

Move-in dates are flexible for early Sep for a short to long term lease. The rent we're hoping to ask for is around 8000 - 11,000 per month, with a 2 month deposit

The good news is that the apartment is quite spacious so we'd each have our space and privacy. We are two male open-minded English-speaking university graduates from the UK and the Netherlands respectively. Both of us are friendly, sociable and love a good time, but also understand that sometimes peace and quiet are paramount to maintaining one's sanity. One of us is also a great cook, so there's that to look forward to.

The co-living space is fully furnished, and we have high-speed broadband internet access to allow for work-from-home/study-from-home without the internet cutting off. The master bedroom comes equipped with a wardrobe and a single-bed sized bed frame and may require additional furnishing, If you're interested in renting, we will be more than happy to assist in procuring furniture for your room, assuming reimbursement.

Both of us are friendly, sociable and love a good time, but also understand that sometimes peace and quiet are paramount to maintaining one's sanity.
