Walking distance to both plazas (an array of shops and restaurants on offer) and on the main internal bus route. You can get from the front door to Hong Kong island in 30 minutes, many residents of DB commute via ferry to work too! There are also great hiking trails on your doorstep and two clubhouses (membership needed) fit with indoor and outdoor pools, gyms, cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance.

The apartment is modern, spacious and very easy to clean. It was fully renovated in 2017. The kitchen is open plan with a breakfast bar which is perfect for cooking. The kitchen is fitted with a large fridge, freezer, oven, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and a stove. The bedroom advertised is the larger of the two with a double bed and a built in wardrobe with a lot of closet space!

There's also a small utility room with a washing machine, iron and drying rack. 

I am a young professional who is tidy and sociable. I have quite a busy schedule so I’m mainly home in the evenings and on some weekends! 

Included in the price are bills, and a weekly cleaner- Rent price is negotiable! Willing to go down to 8K
