5 mins to the beach, 10 mins by bus to Tsing Yi, 15 mins by bus to Tsuen Wan/Kwai Fong, 25 mins by ferry to Central/Tsuen Wan.

Neighbourhood: 
Restaurants, grocery stores, beach, coffee shops, etc.

Roommate: 
Young, professional female teacher from South Africa who loves watching Netflix, cooking and dancing.

Monthly bill: 
$6500 per month for rent. Electricity, internet, water, gas bills and bi-weekly cleaner to be shared per head.

Moving date:
May/June 2019

Terms: 
- Minimum Stay: 6 months
- Deposit: 2 month's rent ($13,000)
