QUICK TIPS: 
*in-flat 500 sq ft = common area *balcony+rooftop = common area *rooftop= 2000 sq ft common area *private shower in flat *laundry downstairs *street parking *NO MTR station with walking distance. But you may realize the point-2-point transport in here is great. Even better than many places with MTR stations. Make good use of your google map App. *fully furnished but you can choose what to stay or go in your room.

Very spatial. Strong transportation network. Balcony. Rooftop. Attractive rent. 6th floor, quite from street noise, natural sunlight from windows. stairs only. Enjoy much privacy. There are 2 rooms, 1 for sharing. Fully facilitated.
Clean and tidy. Laundry downstairs. You can also DIY hand wash and put at balcony or rooftop, enough facilities. Rooftop good for barbecue and planting.

Have a dog in living room. The flat is big. Would love to share it to decent people who can't afford crazy rent in Hong Kong.
I'm easy going, normally tidy, female, an executive officer, at mid20s, independent, a good listener.
Preferred: adult roommate(s), English or Chinese speaking, 1 person only. Your friends are welcomed to visit you the only bottom line is do not disturb the quietness of the community by any means. 1 Month rent deposit and 11st month rent in advance are a must.

------- about me: *im polite, easy-going, open-minded. *only smoke at the kitchen or outside - for its best venting and clean environment. so it's ok whether you smoke or not. but if you smoke, let's not smoke in the living room, shower room or bedrooms. *i might not be talkative, actively sharing anything with you, but i'm all good and won't disturb you. you may enjoy yourself and speak with me anytime you want. *The flat is in Kowloon. My family lives far away, I work in Kowloon, so I moved here for better traffic. The flat is too big, so I share. this is not a perfect place but unbelievably good for people who want a peace of mind with the city's vibe, and don't want to pay crazy rent or extra fees in HK. *I am a CUHK grad in Cultural Studies (HON BA).
