The house is in Sai Kung district and very close to the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. For those who are studying or working in Hong Kong, it would be a great place to stay. Just 15-20 min away from the hiking track and beaches for weekend break.

I am a fresh graduate from the HKUST, use to stay in this big house with my family, but now my family moved to US and I am working between Hong Kong and China. So in order to interact with the HKUST Students, the place was first targeting the Overseas students studying at HKUST and now is open for any professional or students who are studying or working around the area or hoping to stay in the comfortable house.
