The room is furnished and equipped with air con, double bed, mirror, couples of brand new ikea furniture: Wardrobe, work desk, lamp etc. You just need to bring your suit case!

There are in total two bedrooms and one bathroom in the apartment (shared by two people in total). You will be sharing with a young girl (20+) working professional, who loves clean and neat, and frequently travel. 

Most of the furniture are brand new and assembled just today: table, sofa, curtains, wardrobe, carpet etc. You can definitely enjoy to stay in this tidy and comfy place.

10 mins walk to Olympics Station/Nam Cheong station. You can reach ICC or Central (Hong Kong station) in 20 mins.

Supermarket and citi store downstairs with just a minute distance.

Two awesome clubhouses equipped with swimming pool, squash court, gym, study room, karaoke, party rooms etc.

There is no agency fee. Both long term or short term of stay are welcomed. Two months deposit and one month of rental fee is required.
