$1050 Seeking Roommate - Spacious 2 bed/2 bath available ASAP! Hello! I am currently seeking a roommate to share a large, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, beautiful front unit with. About the place: Great location - close to downtown Glendale, Burbank, freeways, shopping and tons of restaurants! Recently remodeled, hardwood floors, spacious living room, light and airy, and has a balcony off the kitchen. AC & heat, on-site laundry, and dishwasher are all included. I am in the process of moving furniture in, but your room is unfurnished. You would have your own private bedroom with a large closet, and private bathroom. Your portion would be $1050, plus utilities. Moving in by February 1st would be ideal. Prefer 1 year lease, but negotiable. Also, a one month deposit is required. About me: I am in my mid 20's and work in entertainment marketing. Very friendly, easy going, and courteous. About you: Preferably female. Respectful and clean! Works full-time, is responsible, and has no problem paying their rent. Preferably someone in their mid 20's to early 30's - someone who is a good fit and that I can relate to!
