House Rules
1. Please pay monthly rental in cash to owner.
2. No smoking in the house.
3. Do not bring friends / visitors into the house.
4. No cooking allowed.
5. Last person who leaves house to lock the door and gate securely.
6. Close all windows when leaving room or house (in case of rain).
7. Keep bedroom clean, dispose off any wet food/rubbish/drinks for the day.
Do not keep such rubbish over night in the room.
8. Tenant keeps and maintains the room clean by vacumn or mopping regularly.
9. Switch off power sockets, computer, water heater, lighting, & fan when not in use.
10. Do laundry once a week only.
11. Keep toilet seat clean after each use, spray water on urine-stained flooring. If necessary, use toilet brush to clean toilet bowl.
12. Toilet rolls will not be provided.
13. No wearing of shoes nor slippers in the premises.
