Additionally, Bus Route 272A has recently been introduced, with a bus stop just a 4-minute walk from the apartment. From the Pok Yan Road stop, it takes only 4 stops to the Science Park and 7 stops to University Station, with a journey time of just over 10 minutes. It is also a 15-minute walk to the Science Park’s Yat Lung Bay and a 20-minute walk to the seaside. For even greater convenience, we provide bicycles for students to travel to and from CUHK or the Science Park. 4. Safety: The village is equipped with 24-hour CCTV surveillance.
